Insert simple introduction......here.

Hi. Kris here. May be wondering what in the world this is about. Then again, I think you're smarter than that, and already inferred just exactly what I meant by the title, "Crossed Fingers Cooking". I am one of those people that likes to experiment with my lack of knowledge, food, and spices, and see what happens. 

Now, it's possible, you enjoy doing the same. This would work to the benefit of both of us, as I hope that through my openness to fail, you will feel just as willing to share your experimental mishaps so that we may better progress as the amazing Chefs we know we are. 

I cannot promise timely blogs, nor do I expect timely responses from you. What I can promise is an abundance of photos of what lead up to the failure  learning experience, and what I think would be the proper solution. I would like to also make use of video shares in some of the trickier spots in case I accomplish something particularly tricky, and eventually, include some of you in a Hangout where maybe all of us can attempt the same "recipe" and see just how well it all turns out.

If this sounds like fun, good, you've been sampling the cooking wine I see. No, but seriously really, I welcome any opportunity to grow and share the lessons of my labors. Hopefully, you can be a part of my growth.
